Refunds

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card, we’ll mail you a Gift Card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card, the entire merchandise amount will be refunded to your credit card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

Exceptions & Special Instructions

Please call customer service at 1.800.460.5282 for assistance returning oversized items, perishable goods or other unusual merchandise.

Returning In Stores (U.S.)

Simply bring the item(s) you’d like to return along with your receipt and original form of payment. Any salesperson can assist you with your return or exchange.
